The hotel offers a nice pool and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. the staff in the restaurant is friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel - near the beach, bars, and restaurants - is a great advantage.
The staff at the front desk was hit or miss, sometimes sullen or unhelpful. the carpets in some of the rooms were old and worn.

The hotel had a nice garden and pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and other areas through taxis or buses.- The breakfast buffet offered a variety of local dishes, including enchiladas, beef/chicken, scrambled eggs, bread.
The rooms were basic and some had carpets, while others had tiles. The carpet in particular appeared to be worn and in need of replacement.
